The recently completed renovation has created a striking new look and feel to the lobby at 747 Third Avenue while retaining the fun and whimsy of its original design. Thermal, etched granite flooring offsets the lobby's new nautical themed ceiling. Stretched fabric ceiling panels diffuse the direct light for a soothing effect. Surrounding walls are appointed with wood, glass, steel mesh and flat screen televisions. The state-of-the-art lobby features a new visitor access system with security turnstiles. A custom designed stainless steel and white Thassos marble visitor reception and security desk completes the dramatic new space.
